- It's a friendly start up environment - Co employees, CEO and COO are extremely welcoming - Problem solving and great associations - Enhanced skill development can be observed as an employee - Employees do have refreshment and game nights to engage ourselves to fun - Learning environment and peer support - Company's growth is so satisfying to see as an intern or former employee
Cons
Make sure to join in the beginning of the sprint so that we can analyse and understand easily rather than joining from the mid sprint period 👍🙂
