      Pros

      Before Saputo bought out Murray Goulburn it was a great place to work, great people who were proud to work for a co-operative and put in long hours for the company

      Cons

      Obviously the management changes and merger that took place with WCB was tough, huge staff turnover, low morale, anxiety over job security.
