      Pros

      Pay is okay when you start benefits okay not great if you aren't union.

      Cons

      Raises are very small, they do not support career growth (even when asked multiple times), will pile on your work load but not give compensation for it. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT! HR is a joke and doesn't know CA laws.
