The top management is always biased. There has been verbal arguments and escalation between top management and other employees. The work ethics is really bad and there is no opportunity for growth.

Involvement with participant. Some work flexibility. Paid wellness days.

Favourism in management. Very ignorant upper management, unable to lead and get results. People getting promoted for the wrong reasons. Toxic environment.
