      paga gli stipendi puntuali. cral attivo con promozioni interessanti. mensa inclusa.

      Cons

      top management con nessuna visione aziendale, solo obiettivi a breve termine (tagli costi e loro premi su tagli costi). dirigenti spesso imbarazzanti per incompetenza nessuna meritocrazia. promozioni solo per logiche amicali.

      Pros

      They only recruit students by campus selections from premium institutions like IIT's.

      Cons

      Mentors are not guiding or training the engineers in the training period. Engineers are fired in the training period with in 3 months, that to without any notice or warning.
