      Crescita dal punto di vista umano e in casi fortunati possibiltà di vedere diversi aspetti della raffineria

      Non esiste la meritocrazia,va avanti il furbo e "l'amico di", l'azienda poi ne risente a livello professionale, dove ultimamente scarseggia di figure competenti e la professionalità ne risente

      Pros

      They only recruit students by campus selections from premium institutions like IIT's.

      Cons

      Mentors are not guiding or training the engineers in the training period. Engineers are fired in the training period with in 3 months, that to without any notice or warning.
