I find it hard to come up with any positives.

Working as an IT Helpdesk employee at Sarasin & Partners in London has been an overwhelmingly disappointing experience, marked by inefficiency, poor management, and an overall lack of regard for employee well-being. In conclusion, working at Sarasin & Partners as an IT Helpdesk employee has been a demoralizing experience. The combination of outdated technology, poor communication, excessive workload, and unresponsive management creates an environment that is detrimental to professional growth and overall job satisfaction. Prospective employees should carefully consider these factors before committing to a role in this organization.

Absolutely none what so ever!

I have to say that as a woman of color I have never felt more out of place than here. Not inclusive at all and the D&I efforts are mainly done for 'marketing' reasons.
