Saratoga Software Solutions is truly one of the best consulting firms I've ever worked with. Brett, Arlene, and Deborah are kind, caring, and amazing to work. The company culture, professionalism, work ethics, and human values by far out beat any consulting company. Saratoga Software Solutions is easily the best vendor that I've ever worked with; I only wish that all vendors could measure up to the level of excellence consistently displayed by Saratoga. Saratoga is the only vendor I ever worked with whose people I felt like I really “knew” and with whom I had a relationship that transcended the usual “marriage of convenience” that often characterizes many vendor/contractor relationships. Saratoga’s administration is truly professional, and they can be counted upon to handle every detail with excellence. Over the time that I worked with Saratoga, I never had a single problem with invoice payment or any other detail. Their execution is flawless. In summary, I can recommend Saratoga without reservation – you couldn’t ask or hope for a better vendor.
