      Pros

      Flexible work schedule that allows some WFH time.

      Cons

      This was without a doubt the most toxic, racist, and sexist workplace I have ever worked at. It is a culture of bullying and harassment and HR could not care less about you. Especially egregious since they considerably underpay compared to market rates.

      Great company run by wonderful people. A company and a product you can be proud of. Genuine care and connection with the Sargento Family. Incredible benefits and perks. Opportunities for growth and development. Happy coming to work and enjoy the people I work with.

      Pros

      Above average pay, outstanding 401 k plan.

      Cons

      They talk a good culture game but the people who made that place what it was are long gone. They have been replaced by corporate stooges. Cronyism is rampant, results don't matter, supervisors are dumped on for everything. No clear direction or vision, too many layers and silos.
