Working at Saros felt like a deal with the devil—literally. Behind the polished image lies a manipulative, toxic culture where success comes at the cost of your morals, sanity, and maybe even your soul. Proceed only if you're willing to lose more than you gain.

If you want little direction and little support when asking for help, this is the place to work. Not much accountability up the chain, from my experience. Reported directly to the co-CEOs.

I was treated badly enough that I took the termination to the WRC for adjudication. I was left with no letter of reference on termination. They wrote what was claimed to be a mutually agreed termination letter that put all reasons for the termination on me. When I showed the letter to recruiters, I was advised to never show the letter to any potential employer. The adjudicator ruled in my favor. The case can be found on the WRC website of Ireland. They have not taken the action directed by the Workplace Relations Commission. It had been over a year. They have not responded to multiple communications. I had even requested very little in the make good actions. Simply a letter I could use while selling employment, because I was told that I was doing very good work, 3 days prior to termination. And was terminated less than a week before probation period was going to end.
