thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate Sartorius as an employer. We will share your review internally and if you haven’t done so yet, we kindly ask you to share your feedback internally yourself with your manager and/or the HR team. There are two points that we would like to revisit:
After creating more than 2,000 new jobs in the first nine months of 2022, we have slowed down the pace of hiring. Our focus is now on further integrating the many new colleagues. Nevertheless, we are continuing to hire: Currently, around 170 positions are open globally.
We would also like to provide additional information regarding the bonus system for managers: To provide fair and performance-based pay opportunities, employees in management positions can receive a base salary and a variable pay component, which makes up 10-40% of their overall salary, depending on the management level. What's important to note is that the variable pay proportion is tied to a set of global, divisional and sometimes individual targets and rewards managers who achieved the targets they agreed on with their managers. By the way, the Employee Net Promotor Score, a metric which indicates how likely employees are to recommend Sartorius as a place to work, is a key figure in regards to determining the variable pay for managers.
