Mismanaged and Lack of Employee Appreciation - Anonymous employee Saskatchewan Medical Association Employee Review

For the most part, the organization has a positive impact on their mission (lobbying for physician interests). However, physicians in Saskatchewan should be appalled at how employees of the organization are treated, time after time. In addition to intensifying company politics, this organization, as a result of inaction against valid complaints, promotes employee mistreatment. Constructive feedback is met with surprise. Everytime. Any valid complaints are simply swept under the rug, causing a significant waste of taxpayer dollars and leading to long and drawn out project failures. Promote from within? Forget about it. Upper management will do everything they can to ensure their incompetencies are overlooked. Human Resources? Well, there really isnt a HR department. This leads to personal, and very sensitive feedback shared amongst upper management - absolutely inappropriate and unethical. Stay away from this organization.
