Pros
There are no pros I have seen in the company. Only my line manager and team were cooperative.
Cons
They have weird policies like you have to submit 50% of your salary as a salary deposit, which you get to know on the first day of your joining, so there is no GO BACK. They don't inform you prior about any policy or notice change; they can do anything without informing an employee, such as discontinuance of transportation and more. The company discriminates and never gives off to their non-muslim employees, saying, "We can't give you off on any eid; you can take on yours" - They take everything on religion. Moreover, they make their employees work full-time during the month of Ramzan, which means no equality. Everyone follows Ramzan's timings, except non-muslim staff. They don't even take responsibility for their actions. The environment is like a school. HR usually comes on the floor and says, "Do your work; why are you using your smartphone and so on." Not to forget, they NEVER pay you on time, NEVER!
