Pros
The company has an amazing culture and the colleagues you work with are gold, plus: salary and general compensation is not bad for the standards nowadays
Cons
Instead of listening to their employees, Management keeps making blind decisions and weird experiments over and over. Strategy, goals and even the product itself keep being changed in a short period of time and without announcing it properly, which makes employees and even customers feel completely lost. This has lead to an unstable economic situation that is getting worse and worse. Due to this, the company has gone through 2 big layoffs in less than 6 months, which is a legitimate strategy to safe your company, BUT carries with it a huge increase of the workload for their employees, as well as unsafety in your workplace, as you never now when you will be the next one. As a result to all the mentioned, your day to day ends up being a constant fire fighting, doing unpaid extra hours to get to your targets (if possible) and trying to avoid customer churn.
