Pros
Satcom has moved to a brand new facility complete with clean & comfortable workstations, breakroom, patio, food-service and controlled access. There is a great energy here and constant attention by supervisors, leads and mentors to help you be successful. The HR department has brought in many programs to help with wellness and other benefits. Management has implemented training programs to help create a career path for your benefit.
Cons
Satcom is a "lean" workplace and depends on you to be there. If life outside of work prevents you from being flexible, this may not be the place for you. Public transportation options are limited, if you rely on public transportation, you may have to do some extra planning to get to and from work.
