      overall decent organizational culture that takes care of employees. some stay till they're well above the nursing home entry age. good for short term or entry level

      Cons

      lots of stubborn boomers who are unwilling to adapt, no clear definition of rewards-penalties structure, extremely lenient to underperforming employees

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
