      The working environment is very respectful and everyone is treated with a high level of respect.

      Cons

      A con for some might be a pro for others. Certain positions require a lot of travel, I see it as a pro for sure!

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
