Pros
Excellent leadership, great boss and awesome team. Pay is middle of the road but there are really good benefits. If you like an international atmosphere, this is a good company to work for. The position allows for a lot of travel, which I also like. Satair really steps up to fix issues when they arise and they are not afraid to invest in additional resources when needed. Lots of growth potential.
Cons
Not many cons at this point, A lot of reporting is required but the company is slowly making that easier through consolidation and better software. The company has trouble finding/hiring the right talent in some case but that is more of an industry issue.
