      Need to like complexity to work there! between different sites, histories, Satair / Airbus historical businesses Being attached to the Airbus company has its advantages but also means more stakeholders and rules

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
