      Agile and young atmosphere. Thinking out of the box and well treatment to their employees. Considerably good flexibility and conditions. Interesting topics and projects.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
