Pros
Great work life balance, generally healthy leadership style, people are friendly and approachable with willingness to help and support. Some brilliant people in middle and lower management. Incredible momentum and growth, and some very interesting initiatives and projects with a focus on digitalization and data which is not that common in this industry.
Cons
Some functions and positions are not competitive in terms of salary compared to Copenhagen and other industries. Company is losing its agility and is becoming heavier. Some managers are not good at their jobs and/or have been in their roles for too long and are out of touch with current trends in the industry, in other industries and in leadership style,
