Since I’m new to Satechi, I won’t have the same historical knowledge as more established employees. Every company has its own set of challenges, whether it’s in its growth phase, facing market competition, or dealing with internal processes. Being prepared to address and adapt to these as they arise is important, especially during the on boarding process.
