Pros

They’ll hire just about anyone. Laid back environment. Ping pong table downstairs.

Cons

Where to start? -This company is bordering on a scam company. They start with the lies the very minute you interview for the company. The GM is just as much a salesman himself and will sell you the world without any question as to whether this is going to be a good fit for you or not - so long as you are in a seat taking calls. -100% commission based pay. -Management has ability to direct certain leads to a select few “all stars” while fully aware that they don’t have enough quality leads to go around for everyone. -There are days/weeks when you will get nothing but current customers thinking they’re calling _______ to pay their bill and 99% of the time they will just want the number to call and nothing to do with you. -Once you do get a sale, you only get paid once the customer gets installed BUT you will NEVER know what’s installed and what’s not and have to rely on your faith in management to tell you what really took place. -You can never budget around what you’re gonna make each month because of this reason. -According to the GM, the CEO refuses to pay for a comprehensive system to help you track your sales/installs. If you do not track your own sales, you will constantly find commissions you are not being paid for (hundreds upon hundreds each week) and have to do double the work to go to them and list every little thing that is missing in order for them to pay you. Even then, you will be lucky if you get paid for it. -No lead protection and managers cannot be trusted. They say they do not make money on commission, but will steal your sales or take the good calls the very instant they get a chance. Then come to you and tell you about it and laugh right in your face when they tell you. -No room for advancement or if you do advance, they will try to tell you that position pays you less than what you’re making currently. -And the list goes on and on and on...
