No pros , DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER. Don't worst your future by joining in this company. You will be not allowed to leave from this company.
Cons
There is lot of downsides related to this NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY 1.You will be treated as slave 2.No increments 3.Need to do all donkey work 4.Worst time of micro management is followed 5. Have to maintain every second and time on your computer. 6. If you need to leave your seat you have to count your break time. 7. Value is not at all given to quality of work 8. Partiality between employees is always. 9. Politics plays a major role. 10.Worst environment. 11.They will ask you to stay in that same company for Life-time as per their salary slots, contracts etc,. Will never leave you though your contract period was over. 12.They will get one of your certificate & will never return back & block you to leave the company. 13.You might have asked to pay for Internet, Electricity etc,. Once you are about to leave the company. 14.They will never issue you Experience/Relieving Certificate. 15.Once your about to leave the company, you will be treated like an enemy. 16.They will try to extend the notice period as far as they can, you won't know if you can leave or not until the last day of your notice period. 17.You will never know when you will get the salary. 18.No seniors, no standards. I am giving one star as rating because there is not an option to give zero star or even in negative as rating.
