      Great company with a great history.

      Pretty scrappy in the sense of resources so have to pinch pennies sometimes but that's nonprofit.

      Pros

      The mission of the organization is fantastic. The working environment is the worst I have been part of. Little to no training, mismanagement at the top, and poor communication across the board.
