Pros
I joined the company after a three-year study gap, and I’m incredibly grateful that they believed in my potential. This was my first job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start. The seniors were extremely supportive and helped me grow not only in terms of technical skills but also in understanding the corporate world. The learning curve was steep, but the experience was immensely rewarding, and I came out of it with a solid foundation for my career.
Cons
One challenge I faced was the fast-paced environment, which at times felt overwhelming. However, looking back, it pushed me to adapt quickly and learn how to manage my time and responsibilities more effectively, which ultimately helped me develop resilience and stronger work habits.
