Saucony Shadow Team - Field Marketing Specialist Saucony Employee Review

Little to no support from brand HQ. Constant fear of Field Marketing team being let go leads to very little job security. Saucony extremely lacks diversity outside of the field marketing team. Holds yearly DEI trainings, then hypocritically very rarely hires diversity into mid or upper level roles in the brand. Brand lacks any environmentally conscious plans for the future. Lacks a clear and stable identity.
