Vibes have changed. Rapid growth over three years has made the company unrecognizable. No longer a place to build relationships or grow your knowledge. Clock in on time, perform basic tasks, receive little communication between departments, even less training and guidance, clock out on time. Do not make friends. Do not laugh too loudly or question process that is no longer working. Be promised promotions within, but then be denied an interview. No longer discusses pay for position despite required to by law. Micromanaged but given very little training or leadership on how to perform to high standards. Very little transparency for changes or even the status of the company. Emphasis placed on outside image with no consideration for internal unrest.
Pay- given a less going rate for knowledge and expertise. Instead promised yearly raises and bonus structure. Yearly raises are never above a 3% because you can never achieve five stars on reviews. Straight from the top, you are never good enough never a strong performer. You need to be better despite your numbers. Bonus is typically profit sharing but is very sketchy about final numbers. Goals are unrealistic and unacknowledged even if you achieve them.
Overall stay away. This company used to be a great place to work. Change over in hiring areas ushered in a new "vibe" and no longer a community to build yourself within.
