Cons
6 Days for 1/2/3rd Shift, even you are on-roll. -No Management, there is a huge cold war between internal TOP management is going on. -Consistent loss from last 5 year. -No Increment since 2018 -2022, So, People create issues to go outside to get Daily wages to cover increment loss, even with help of their respective manager. -Too far from Vadodara (45 Km) and for that Non-AC bus. (Condition become worst from March- June in 45 degree) -No HR like things in Vadodara Plant. -No Trainings for Employee -Worst Politics in Cross functional Team. -No proper salary structure (Gratuity is part of CTC, but won't pay if you leave before 5 years)
