Pros

What pros? There are none.

Cons

Poor management, computers are locked down to do anything, systems crash every day, and mgmt tolerates bullying while HR does nothing. Should you complain to HR about mgmt or stand up to mgmt, they will fire you. Also the benefits are a joke since they are a self-insured company with no large insurance company or network. Pretty much you can go to anyone (so long as they accept the insurance but you will pay double for less coverage then what you would get with larger "networked" insurance companies.

With the guidance of our benefits consultant (a leading thinker in this realm), we’ve adopted the “Health Rosetta” blueprint to reduce cost and provide value based healthcare to our employees. This strategy resulted in the lowering the employee contributions for our 4/1/18 plan year by 10%, without sacrificing access to quality care. For 2018 we took a bold step and introduced the “open network” and referenced based pricing so our employee could access any Healthcare Provider and/or Facility of their choice.

Safety comes first, they get you what you need, and the pay is not what it should be but it is among the best in the area.

Cons

Corporate bs rules and feeling like your being babysat
