I can't add much to what others have already said. But your either in or your out. Probably why reviews are either glowing or horrible. Can't say putting oil in a rail car is anyone's dream job regardless of how your treated. But at Savage unless you kiss the bosses boots, your treated like garbage. Make a suggestion to improve safety, or efficiency and your out of the club for not being a team player. Clearly there are people who like working here, and the pay is ok. But if you value being respected for your hard work look elsewhere. I left my job here to go back out in the cold for another transload company and never looked back. Now at least I get respect, and can feel free to speak my mind without fear of retribution.
