      Relatively flexible day to day schedule

      Cons

      Hypocrisy - rules for thee not for me. Constantly changing goals. Emotionally abusive - conflict driven approach to business and just plain rude to employees and customers. Busywork that does not accomplish anything. The owners brag about how little they can pay their employees. Price gouging on customers whenever they get the chance. Expected to work 24/7, owners send out emails at 2am and on weekends.

      The ability to work remotely

      Cons

      The CEO shows limited investment in employee development or long-term growth. There is little formal training or structured support, which creates a “figure it out on your own” work environment. Mistakes, even minor ones such as typos or clarifying questions, may be addressed publicly rather than constructively, which can impact team morale.
