- Management. If you comb through the reviews on here, you'll notice that there are a lot of negative comments about management, no matter where the reviewer worked. Head office is no exception. Issues with incompetent, abusive and toxic management are indeed rampant in this company. Turnover is pretty high and nothing is being done to improve things. Frankly, I feel sorry for the people who get tricked into joining. - Again, management. It's like they're all related or fraternizing with each other. Interesting how they pretend that we don't see the favoritism/nepotism. They probably don't care though. - Workplace politics. Lots of it. Sorry to say but if you're new you probably shouldn't trust anybody at all. - Poor workplace culture built on lots of finger pointing and blaming behind each others backs
