Pros
Great place to be trained. A starting point for anyone. You will gain customer service skills and a general knowledge about a wide variety of products. Their value system is something to be proud of as you will be promoting non-profit partners in the community and environmental causes. The customers are quite fun and you feel like you are shopping with them as they share stories or facts about their finds. Getting to know your fellow team members is interesting and they have different talents to showcase and contribute.
Cons
Can be physically draining and demanding. Sometimes it is difficult to work several days in a row if you are rolling a lot of racks or working in CDC/Production. The 50% off sales days are quite hectic and sometimes inconvenient as they require you to work those days every time.
