Pros
Savers has improved greatly in the past year, managment is better and friendler. Hours are also great, and flexible depending on where you work, pay is minimum but too be expected. The job is unique and interesting with great people. Also 50% discount on most items!
Cons
The job can become very repetitive and tiring. Earlyish starts (6:30-7:30am start, mostly 7:30) and no proper air conditioning or heating
