Pros

Amazing work colleagues and my p45

Cons

Where do i start well there's the terrible wages the unrealistic targets the e-mails they send that are constantly forcing you to ACTIVE SELL TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE CLEARLY STATED THEY DON'T WANT IT poor management threatened with disciplinary action if you don't make customers buy an add on sale No compassion for their employee's unpaid travel expenses whilst in training (if you can call it training) not enough hours to cover the shifts 1 man doing a 3 man job over loaded with paper work, still using manual records as well as computerised (double the work) unnecessary paper work i would not work for them again if i was paid 100 pound an hour id rather be on the dole and that is a fact!

Pros

It's a Job I guess

Cons

The pay is just over minimum wage. There is no work life balance they don't offer holiday pay and require you to work on all holidays except for Christmas and Thanksgiving. They constantly add new thing to the job and will never give you a pay raise or advancement. All around bad company that's taking advantage of working class Americans.
