Can't hang on to good talent - Anonymous employee Savi Solutions PBC Employee Review

-Poor/disengaged Leadership at the top -Not open to ideas of others -Well below market salary -Lack of innovation -Most key decisions made by 1-2 people and no one else -Company values are pretty hollow/empty -The main goal at Savi (from leadership) is to get more out of less. That's the mantra. -Lack of praise / acknowledgement from Leadership. -Lack of transparency/accountability with decision-making -Lack of concern for most staff, especially loyal talent. -High turnover. This results in a severe lack of productivity, and lack of development of product. *Previous review about them asking brand new hires to leave a good review on Glassdoor is TRUE. I was asked within my first or second week to do this, and did so at the time.
