Pros

Savvy is solving a real and valuable problem for financial advisors who want to go independent. The product/market fit feels strong, and there is a clear sense that the company is gaining traction. The engineering culture is great, with thoughtful design, high standards, and a focus on doing things the right way. The people are smart, collaborative, and genuinely care about their work. The in-office culture is one of the best parts of the company, there is real camaraderie, and everyone eats lunch together every day we are in. It feels close-knit and energized.

Cons

The company is still figuring out its structure, especially around product leadership. All PMs report to the CTO, which can make priorities feel more execution-focused than strategic. Ritik, the CEO, is very growth driven, which is great for the company’s trajectory, but at times it can feel a bit transactional or demotivating when that focus overshadows individual recognition. Benefits are also on the weaker side compared to other startups, especially healthcare (I’m spending $$$$)

Pros

Genuinely one of the better places I've worked when it comes to ownership. The role comes with real scope — you're trusted to make decisions and run with them rather than waiting for permission at every step, which makes the work feel like it actually matters. The people are a big part of it too: smart, capable colleagues who know their domains and are easy to collaborate with. And there's a real sense that we're building something, not just maintaining the status quo. The mission is clear and the work ladders up to it, which keeps the day-to-day meaningful even when it's busy.

Cons

It's still early-stage, and it feels like it. Processes are a work in progress, and you'll regularly hit gaps where the "right way" to do something just doesn't exist yet — you end up defining it as you go. That's energizing if you like building from scratch, but it can be a source of friction if you're expecting things to already be buttoned up. Some growing pains are inevitable at this stage, but a bit more structure would smooth out the rough edges.

Pros

I’ve been with Savvy for a few months now, and the experience has been seamless from my very first interview. Coming from a firm where I spent several years, seeing the pace of innovation and the daily improvements here is incredibly refreshing. The team is dynamic and really demonstrates how technology can elevate financial services. The sheer volume of AUM we continue to surpass is honestly mind-blowing and shows how fast we are scaling. The onboarding process was excellent, providing weeks of thorough training before I fully dove into the role. While the workload requires real effort, the camaraderie makes a huge difference. If you know your role and are driven, you will do great here. Best of all, the consistent support from both my manager and my teammates makes the day-to-day experience genuinely rewarding.

Cons

Because the company is growing so rapidly, processes evolve quickly. You have to be highly adaptable and ready for constant change, but that completely comes with the territory of a successful startup.
