No Pros. IF you are joined at company foundation (2011) time then you are lucky. Your salary incremented doubled with extra leaves and other facilities. Dont Join Savy soft. Becasue its big fraud compny have many sub domain companies also like alcyan , FIGMD to save taxex and profit.

- Lie management - Poor management - Fake Promises - Less salary - Changing designation any time without notice S/w Engineering to associate. - Hire people with designation S/w Engineer SQL and give work on Excel sheet. and at time increment changing designation to associate . - 2 Month Notice peroid. - No Canteen. Some time dont have cheers to eat own tiffin. - No Entertainment. - Sat sunday working. - fake promises. - Lots of work.
