Cons
- Very very poor infrastructure to work with. - They can't even provide tea or coffee to people. - They force people to work over 10 hrs a day. - No appreciation from management even if you pour your heart in work. - Fake promise in salary, during review the management thretens you to accept the salary or resign on the spot - No work ethics or Culture. - Middle and upper management sucks - Change in policy almost every week just to make the owner happy no considerations of employees - Employee are treated like animals. - No facilities are given to employee. Not even stationary needed in Office. - Cafeteria is worse than the ones in Jail.
