Terrible, unfriendly management - Social Media Manager Sawgrass Technologies Employee Review

Great work environment with supportive coworkers. Lots of room to grow; I started in technical support and was able to take on several projects which led into advancement opportunities. I feel that my voice is heard here, my opinions are appreciated, and I'm able to impact what we do in a positive way.

The biggest con is the location -- Mt Pleasant traffic is touch to navigate some days, but it's worth it!

Horrible management No leadership whatsoever No vision forward Horrible office politics and gossip Bullying and alienation False promises No career growth No industry growth Backstabbing Awful individuals A favored few employees reap benefits while the rest suffer immensely No accountability for upper management and exec team (or favored few not on exec team) - however anyone else is absolutely destroyed. Please please please think twice about working here. The reviews are not lying. I wish I wouldn’t have ignored them. Absolutely disgusting company!! Not sure how execs are able to sleep at night.
