The culture here at Saxco is transparent, genuine and engaging. I recently joined the company and I am excited to share that my experience has not only met expectations but exceeded expectations in a number of areas. The benefits are extremely competitive and the company is always looking for new ways to improve the employee experience.
Cons
The company was recently purchased earlier this year and in numerous areas of the organization improvements can already be seen. Multiple continuous improvement projects are assisting in each area of the business. There is an excitement in the air with so much growth in our future.
