      The CTO is very supportive, and you'll learn a lot. Your timeplan is not dictated, but you must meet your targets, which you have given to them.

      As a nature of start-ups, there are many potential projects, which may not get into production phase and it needs your patience.

      Pros

      I learn a lot of new things everyday at Saypr. We work on pretty cool projects, and do a lot of brainstorming sessions that helps us a lot. You can see your impact on the projects directly, as they respect the ideas of the employees.

      Cons

      Very fast pace at times, but our project managers tend to give us extra time off during slower periods.
