Very good salaries, not bad location, free gym in the office, discount in one bakery, health insurance (but very limited and without dentist)
Cons
Nor modern management (some of them don't know what is "communication"), a lot of people don't know their roles and don't wanna learn something new (technologies), very low training budget with very old trainings.
