Pros

- It’s a good team, but no one stays long. - There used to be decent compensation, but now they’re cutting costs.

Cons

- The owner throws around phrases like “we need to hire people with a good genetic code.” - The CTO is a complete fool, willing to fire people to cover up his own mistakes. - Bonuses weren’t paid. - Promised promotions or transfers aren’t fulfilled. - Proper processes are completely absent. Deadlines are never met.

Scalable Solutions Response

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Scalable left you feeling frustrated — that’s never the outcome we hope for. We don’t agree with some of the points raised — particularly the personal remarks about our leadership and the claim regarding lack of growth opportunities. In fact, 20% of our team members have advanced or transitioned into new roles this quarter, and we actively support internal development. That said, we recognize there’s always room to improve — especially around processes, clarity, and long-term planning. These are areas we continue to work on. We appreciate your time with us and wish you all the best moving forward. – The People Team

Pros

If you just need a paycheck, it works. Payments arrive on time and hours generally go untracked. The corporate hoodie is actually decent quality.

Cons

For an operation with so little to offer, the level of intrusion is unbelievable. Policies demand constant reports on your every movement and issue regular threats over off-duty professional activities—measures as toothless as they are pointless. The CTO personally holds vacations hostage by inserting himself as the sole approver, only to let requests sit in a permanent void. When people speak up about this rot, HR is enlisted to weaponize "misconduct" labels—though it’s hard to take discipline seriously from managers who spend meetings huskying down meals on camera.
