Poor management and a depressing culture drive employees away - Anonymous employee Scale Computing Employee Review

Management team is an absolute joke. CEO LOVES himself and has to be the one making all decisions There is no strategic direction within company. Culture in company is very depressing. Everyone I know there is actively interviewing for jobs elsewhere. Company has Napoleon disease - think they are some huge market mover, they're not. Technology is avg to below avg - and thats being kind. Partners were revolting coming out of partner conference in Las Vegas Had to get rid of their HR leader because of "issues" in Las Vegas.
