People are willing to jump in and solve problems together. - Because the organization is still maturing, there are opportunities to build systems from the ground up. If you enjoy "interesting" work that involves creating a solid foundation rather than just maintaining one, this is the place to be.

- We are still a relatively immature organization in terms of processes. We are very much "getting our feet under us," which can lead to some internal questioning. - Decisions are made very quickly. While agility is a strength, there are times when we move a little too fast, potentially overlooking long-term scalability for short-term wins.
