Pros

Standard office environment and coworkers try their best to support one another despite leadership gaps.

Cons

Protect your career and your finances before signing a contract here. First, the company has failed to pay statutory benefits for over a year, and upper management completely evades accountability whenever the issue is raised. There is a staggering lack of a sense of urgency from leadership to resolve this, leaving employees financially vulnerable with zero timeline for a fix. Second, expect massive scope creep. You will constantly be given extra tasks with no clear boundary of where your original job description ends. This operational chaos is worsened by the fact that the account's core leadership—specifically the COO and Operations Manager—have zero visible impact on the ground. Support staff are regularly hired without being equipped for their roles, forcing existing teams to pick up the slack while management sits back with no urgency to improve the onboarding process. Finally, if you want to grow, talent isn't enough; you must have the right internal connections. Leadership relies so heavily on a "fake it till you make it" attitude that they ignore the actual, glaring issues stalling the business.

Pros

Professionalism with care - everyone from the top of management down to your immediate supervisor can be approached and talked to and will listen to you regardless of your position. Excellent workplace - office setup is great. complete amenities and all. Also close to many stores such as Lawson, a cafe, a bank, and even a mall. Parking on site is decent too. WFH setup - most of the job offerings is a WFH setup.

Cons

Inconsistent raise and benefits - raise and benefits get delayed from time to time, unfortunately.

Pros

Weekends shift are nice and quiet.

Cons

Pam, the owner and CEO, is a textbook example of failure in leadership—egotistical, unprofessional, and obsessed with meddling in everything she touches. She doesn’t lead, she belittles, and her idea of communication is spewing insults in Slack like a bully desperate for attention. Her husband Eman is cut from the same rotten cloth—foul, arrogant, and just as toxic. Together they don’t run a company; they rot it from the inside out.
