Assumption of responsibility from day 1, even as a working student. Cordial manager who takes needs into account and communicates clearly. Nice in-house trainings, a lot of social sponsoring in Hanover. The best part are the coworkers

There's not much negative. Salary could be a bit higher, but it's fine for graduates. The yearly salary development is good.

Great colleagues, very supportive culture and amazing team events.

Offices only in Cologne and Hannover (but should probably be more in the future)
