Pros
Team - A great team, teammates, teamleaders and management that care and pull together. Progression - Promoting from within, people with skill and who display effort are often recognised and elevated. Balance - A focus on worklife balance, great culture. 3XS has been a great place to work with great people, I would encourage anyone to give it a go.
Cons
Overtime has been mentioned but in my experience this has always been approached respectfully, optionally and with gratitute!
